Contracts Manager – Construction Salary: Up to £75,000 + Package Location: South West / Bristol Job Type: Permanent Pro Staff are working with an established construction contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to join their growing team. Our client delivers a diverse range of new build, refurbishment and maintenance projects across sectors including commercial, education, healthcare & leisure. This is a key permanent appointment, and we are looking for a dynamic, driven Contracts Manager with a strong work ethic who can take responsibility for multiple projects from pre-construction through to successful completion. Key Responsibilities * Oversee multiple construction projects simultaneously * Manage Site Managers and project teams * Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget * Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors * Monitor programmes, commercial performance and project progress * Identify and resolve issues proactively * Ensure consistently high standards across all projects The Candidate * Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within a main contractor environment * Strong background across new build and/or refurbishment projects * Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills * Commercially aware with a hands-on approach * Dynamic, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment If you are interested in this role, please contact Pro Staff Construction Ltd
