Recruitment Consultant

We are looking to expand our existing teams in our established Norwich office by adding a number Recruitment Consultants within our construction division due to further growth. If you are able to talk to people at all levels and enjoy a fast paced role then we want to talk to you. We are able to accomodate those with previous experience in any recruitment sector and those without experience but are willing to learn. The role If you enjoy a varied role which is fast paced and you have the ability to think on your feet enjoying speaking to both clients and candidates matching requirements. The role will involve meetings, sales both to new but also existing clients and resoourcing candidates to fill the roles. Building relationships with all parties is an essential part of the role If you have worked in Building Merchant Sales, Estate Agency, Hospitality, Business to Business Sales or any other industry where you dealt with a variety of people then you could have what we are looking for and who we want to invest in. Skills  Computer Literate Communicate at all levels  Previous experience of recruitment not required as full training given Character of the Person Self motivated  Desire to succeed by being a determined person  Able to talk to anyone  Able to multi task  Able to work under pressure  Able to work as part of our team dynamic where everyone helps each other Maintain a good sense of humour  In return  ARC offer full training and development for your entire career based on your individual needs as we work together to make you successul in everything you do.
