Weekend Warehouse Operatives – Norwich Straight Forward Recruitment is currently recruiting for Weekend Warehouse Operatives to join a fast-paced warehouse environment just outside Norwich. Shift Saturday & Sunday: 06:00 – 14:00 £12.71 per hour Weekend work only once fully trained Successful candidates must be available to complete 5 days of training, Monday to Friday, before being placed on the weekend shift Own transport is essential Duties Pick customer orders, including product identification and pallet building, in line with company processes. Dispatch outgoing orders promptly and accurately, ensuring all procedures and disciplines are followed. Receive stock from packing and check the quality and accuracy of labelling. Work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment. Work as part of a team to meet daily operational requirements. Requirements Previous warehouse experience is desirable. Good standard of numeracy and literacy. Good communication skills. Customer-focused approach. Reliable and committed to weekend working. Own transport is essential. Must be available for 5 days of weekday training, Monday to Friday, before commencing the weekend shift.
