Job Description: Senior Estimator – Landscaping & Civils North London £90,000 Salary ASAP Start We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Estimator with a strong background in landscaping and civil engineering projects to join a well-established contractor based in North London. Requirements * Minimum 15 years’ estimating experience * Proven track record in landscaping and civils projects * Strong commercial awareness and tendering capability * Ability to manage multiple bids and work independently * Excellent communication and negotiation skills Role * Preparing accurate cost estimates and tender submissions * Reviewing drawings, specifications, and project requirements * Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams * Identifying value engineering opportunities * Supporting successful project delivery from pre-construction stage Package * Salary up to £90,000 depending on experience * Immediate / ASAP start available * Long-term opportunity with a growing business * North London office base
