Senior Quantity Surveyor Merseyside £60,000 - £70,000 DOE + £6,000 Car Allowance An established and growing infrastructure services provider is looking to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team, working on mechanical and electrical projects based in Croxteth. The successful candidate will play a key role in the commercial management of complex M&E projects, working closely with an experienced team of engineers. The Role Working as part of a well-established commercial team, you will be responsible for the commercial management of M&E projects delivered under NEC contracts, from cost control through to final account. This is a fully office-based position and would suit an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a solid grounding in NEC who is confident managing the commercial side of complex M&E projects from start to finish. Key responsibilities will include: Commercial management of M&E projects under NEC contracts Handling compensation events and early warnings Managing variation accounts Producing cost reports and forecasts Reviewing and agreeing valuations Supporting project teams with commercial guidance Preparing and negotiating final accounts Building strong relationships with internal teams and stakeholdersRequirements Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor Essential: demonstrable NEC experience, including compensation events, early warnings and variation accounts M&E background preferred Strong understanding of industry standards, regulations and best practice in commercial management Proficiency in commercial management software and tools Full UK Driving LicencePackage £60,000 - £70,000 DOE £6,000 car allowance Company pension scheme Healthcare cover Cycle to work scheme Enhanced family leave Death in service cover Free on-site parkingThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with strong NEC experience to join a growing business working on complex M&E projects.
