They're looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead the floor, drive standards and deliver a first-class experience for guests, day in, day out. Benefits  £32,000 – £35,000 salary (DOE)  Full-time, permanent position  Join an independently owned, farm-to-table steakhouse with a strong local reputation Staff meals and discount on food   Free on-site parking   Genuine progression opportunities within a growing business Responsibilities as Restaurant Manager Manage day-to-day front-of-house operations across the restaurant and bar Lead, motivate and develop the team to deliver consistently excellent service Maintain high standards of food, drink and guest experience Manage rotas, staffing levels and team performance Oversee stock control, ordering and supplier relationships Handle bookings, guest queries and any issues that arise Ensure compliance with health & safety, food hygiene and licensing standards Monitor sales, costs and profitability Support the owners with driving the venue's reputation and growth What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or strong Assistant Manager ready to step up Experience in a quality, food-led restaurant or steakhouse environment desirable Strong leadership and people management skills Commercially minded with a good understanding of costs and margins Confident handling licensing, compliance and day-to-day operations Passionate about food, service and guest experience If you're looking to lead the floor at one of Gloucestershire's best-known independent steakhouses, we'd love to hear from you.
