You’ll also supervise and support the kitchen team, assist with ordering and stock control, help manage food costs and deputise for the Head Chef when required. About the Sous Chef * Experienced Sous Chef or senior Chef * Contract catering/high-volume experience preferred * Strong fresh food and scratch-cooking skills * Experience leading or supporting a kitchen team * Good understanding of stock control and food costs * Organised, hands-on and able to lead by example * Own transport essential Ready for your next move?
