GCSE Maths Tutor - Liverpool Prospero Teaching are currently looking for experienced GCSE Maths Tutors to support learners across Liverpool! The Opportunity Are you a passionate Maths teacher or experienced tutor looking for flexible 1:1 work? We're looking for enthusiastic GCSE Maths Tutors to provide individualised tuition to secondary-aged learners who require additional educational support. You will work closely with each learner to identify gaps in their knowledge, build confidence and develop their understanding of the GCSE Maths curriculum. Position Details: Location: Liverpool Position: GCSE Maths Tutor Hours: 5-15 hours per week Start Date: September 2026 Duration: Ongoing Experience, Training and Qualifications: Experience teaching or tutoring GCSE Maths Strong knowledge of the GCSE Maths curriculum QTS, PGCE or equivalent desirable Previous 1:1 tuition experience is advantageous Ability to adapt lessons to individual learners Strong communication and relationship-building skills To be eligible for this role, you must: Hold the Right to Work in the UK Hold an enhanced DBS certificate registered with the Update Service or be willing to process a new application Provide two professional child-related references Apply Now If you have a passion for Maths and enjoy helping young people develop their skills and confidence, we'd love to hear from you!
