Baby Room Leader – Full Time (40 Hours per Week) Flexible options - term time only considered and condensing hours into a 4 day week also offered Are you at your best when working with the very youngest learners? Do you know how to turn everyday moments into meaningful experiences for babies as they take their first steps in learning and development? If so, this could be your next role. We’re looking for a warm, confident and experienced Baby Room Leader to join a nurturing early years setting. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll guide a small team, create a safe and stimulating environment, and build strong relationships with children and families.
