Senior Surveyor – £110k + Package Location: London Salary: Up to £110,000 + Package Project: c.£100m Commercial Refurbishment / Cut & Carve The Opportunity A leading UK construction and development business is looking to appoint a Senior Surveyor to join the commercial team on a major c.£100m commercial refurbishment and cut & carve project in London. The business delivers complex construction, refurbishment and development projects across the UK, with a strong reputation for technically challenging schemes and high-quality delivery. The Role As Senior Surveyor, you will take a key role in managing the commercial performance of the project, working closely with the Commercial Manager and wider project team. Key responsibilities include: Managing subcontract packages from procurement through to final account. Valuations, variations, applications and cost reporting. Subcontract procurement and negotiation. Managing commercial risks, opportunities and change. Supporting forecasting and commercial reporting. Working closely with the client, consultants and project delivery team. About You We're looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a main contracting background and experience across commercial refurbishment, fit-out, redevelopment or complex construction projects. Experience with large-scale or technically challenging schemes involving existing structures would be highly advantageous
