Warehouse Operative

The Staffing Network is a labour provider across the UK. Required to work in Spalding, PE11 Warehouse Operative We are recruiting Warehouse Operatives for our busy client based in Spalding. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established logistics operation supporting a major chilled food distribution contract. Shift: Day shift Hours: 07:30 – 18:00 Pay rate: £13.00 p/h Key Responsibilities * Order Packing, packing, stacking, boxes of product safely and efficiently onto pallets * Wrapping and labelling pallets * Goods In/Out Unloading incoming deliveries * Maintaining a clean and safe, chilled working environment. * Reporting any damaged or missing goods to Warehouse Managers or Supervisors * Following health and safety regulations, such as wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) Working Conditions and Requirements * Cold environment, between 0 to 5 degrees * Requires stamina for lifting, walking, and standing for long periods. * Hours of work shift, including weekends, and early mornings Required Skills ·Physical Fitness Ability to lift, pack, and stand for long periods. * Previous experience in warehouse role is advantageous but not necessary. *Own transport essential* Experience * Warehouse: 1 year preferred Own transport essential due to location Job Ref SPW(phone number removed) All workers with The Staffing Network get Staffing Network Rewards – offering discounts of up to 70% with online and on the High Street.
