As Quality Engineer, you will benefit from: Professional development including auditor training and advanced quality tools Leadership development opportunities The chance to shape site-wide quality culture and systems Direct exposure to globally recognised OEM brands across construction, agricultural and industrial sectors As  Quality Engineer, your responsibilities will include: Act as the primary quality contact for assigned customer accounts Lead customer complaint investigations using 8D and 5 Why methodologies Coordinate customer visits, audits and quality reviews Support PPAP preparation and APQP activities for new product introduction Monitor and analyse customer PPM, scrap and rework performance Drive continuous improvement projects to reduce non-conformances As Quality Engineer, your experience will include: Minimum 3 years' experience within a manufacturing quality environment Experience leading customer complaint investigations and corrective actions Practical use of 8D, 5 Why and root cause analysis methodologies Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 advantageous Auditor qualification, lead auditor training, or experience with SPC and MSA desirable If you're looking for a role where your technical expertise shapes real customer outcomes, this Quality Engineer position offers exactly that.
