Refuse Loader

Accelerate Personnel are actively recruiting for our client for reliable and experienced Refuse Loaders to join their waste collection team. As a Refuse Loader, you will work as part of a team collecting household and commercial waste. The role involves loading bins and bags onto refuse collection vehicles, maintaining a safe working environment, and providing a professional service to residents and customers. Responsibilities • Collect and load refuse and recycling safely and efficiently. • Work as part of a team alongside refuse vehicle drivers and other loaders. • Follow health and safety procedures at all times. • Previous experience with this role • Work outdoors in all weather conditions. • Complete assigned collection routes to the required standard. Requirements • Physically fit and able to carry out manual work. • Reliable, punctual and hardworking. • Comfortable working outdoors and starting early. • Good teamwork and communication skills. • Previous waste collection or manual labour experience is essential • Full training and PPE will be provided.
