Nursery Practitioner

Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Nursery Practitioner to join a fantastic nursery on a permanent contract. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities * You’ll plan activities, observe progress and manage personal care for children * Deliver high levels of care and empathy, with an understanding that every opportunity can be a learning opportunity. * Assist the Management team in providing the highest quality Childcare and Education, in a safe, caring and stimulating environment. * Provide appropriate play opportunities and interact in a positive manner with the child/ren whilst in our care. * Assist in setting out rooms with resources and arrange furniture to enable children to access them * Communicate effectively to parents/carers and with concise detail about their child’s day ensuring good practice of shared information, which will benefit the child and parents/carers Essential Requirements * An Early Years qualification at Level 2/3 * Experience of working with all age groups within Early Years settings * Knowledge of the EYFS framework would be advantageous Please apply with an up to date CV ASAP if this role would be of interest to you
