Production Assistant Location: Feltham, London Salary: £27,500 per annum Full Time | Permanent | On-site About the Opportunity: We are seeking a Production Assistant to become part of a skilled team responsible for inspecting, processing, and preparing customer products to exceptional quality standards. You will be joinig a long-established and highly respected organisation operating within a specialist quality and testing environment. This is a hands-on production role. Production Assistant​​​​​​​ - Key Responsibilities * Assist with the preparation, inspection, processing, and packaging of customer products. * Carry out testing and quality checks in line with established procedures and standards. * Follow customer specifications and operational instructions accurately. * Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and productivity. * Safely handle products and specialist equipment. * Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team targets. * Maintain a safe, secure, and organised working environment. * Contribute ideas to improve processes and efficiency. Your Skills and Experience: * No previous industry experience is required as full training will be provided. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Comfortable carrying out repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy. * A practical, hands-on approach to work. * Ability to follow procedures and instructions carefully. * Strong teamwork and communication skills. * Reliable, organised, and eager to learn. * Positive attitude with a willingness to develop new skills.
