Gatehouse Coordinator Deeside CH5 Rotating shift (detailed below) £29,500 P/A + 10% shift allowance Full time Permanent We are looking for a computer literate gatehouse coordinator, to join a large scale business as they continue to grow. What you will be doing Ensure HGV drivers have the relevant documents for deliveries and collections. Any deliveries/collection ref numbers are entered into the system accurately. Communicate with on-site teams to ensure vehicles are loaded/unloaded correctly and efficiently Escalate any delays, discrepancies or non-compliance directly to the warehouse manager Rotating Shift pattern All shifts are Monday - Friday -          Week 1, 06:00 – 14:00 -          Week 2, 14:00 – 22:00 -          Week 3, 09:00 – 17:00 -          Repeat To be considered Previous experience working in a gatehouse environment dealing with HGV vehicles Experience with weighbridge operations would be an advantage Clear communication both written and spoken Computer literacy is a must for this one In return – this role offers you: Salary of £29,500 + 10% shift allowance Immense job security State of the art facility Permanent from day 1 Sound good to you?
