Construction Project Manager / Senior Project Manager

Im building a network of Project Managers and Senior Project Managers across the North for upcoming permanent opportunities with established construction businesses. The roles range from £2m projects through to major programmes, across Yorkshire, the North East, North West and Humberside. Im particularly interested in people with: - Proven end-to-end delivery experience from pre-construction through to handover - Strong ownership of programme, cost, quality and client relationships - SMSTS and CSCS - Main contractor experience - Experience across healthcare, education, commercial, industrial, residential/BTR, fit-out, refurbishment or public-sector construction - Relevant construction qualification where applicable - Full UK driving licence - Particularly valuable experience - Refurbishment, cut-and-carve or work in occupied/live environments - Public-sector and framework delivery - Managing multiple concurrent projects - Complex stakeholder environments Confidential from the first conversation.
