We're looking for someone who is: * Experienced in production or manufacturing management * Confident leading and developing production teams * Practical and technically minded – engineering, fabrication, sheet metal or similar would be beneficial * Comfortable driving productivity, quality and continuous improvement * Hands-on, positive and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment With around 300 employees on site and continued growth, this is a great opportunity to join a business where you can make a real impact and build a long-term career.
