We're looking for someone who is: * Experienced in manufacturing or production * Already a Supervisor/Team Leader, or ready to step into a supervisory role * Practical and technically minded – engineering, fabrication, sheet metal or similar would be beneficial * Confident motivating, coaching and developing a team * Hands-on, positive and comfortable in a fast-paced environment With around 300 employees on site and continued growth, this is a great opportunity to join a business where you can make an impact and build a long-term career.
