Assembly Operatives Salary: £13p/hr days & £14.30p/hr afternoons Rotating day & late shift (details below) Coventry CV6 – Full Time Temp to Perm We are looking for experienced assembly operatives to join a busy engineering company where you will be doing a mix of mechanical assembly & basic machine operating. This is working on a weekly rotating day/late shift. Yes you have production targets & quality targets just like anywhere else, but the difference here is you don’t have someone breathing down your neck every 5 minutes, as long as the job is done you are left to it. Shift Day - Monday – Thursday 06:00 – 14:15 & Friday 06:00 – 12:00 Late – Monday – Thursday 14:45 – 23:00 & Friday 12:30 – 18:30 – 10% allowance To be considered Previous experience with mechanical assembly or machine operating Able to commit to the weekly rotation What do you get out of this? £13p/hr on days & £14.40p/hr on afternoons Enhanced rate for overtime 39hrs paid per week Excellent facilities Job security Progression opportunities Weekly pay on Agency Monthly pay once permanent Sound good to you?
