Skilled Production Operative – Surrey (Camberley) Competitive pay up to £600 per week Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Are you an experienced woodworking or furniture operative looking to join a growing, premium manufacturer? What We Offer: * Up to £600 per week DOE (based on 40 hours, with overtime opportunities) * Standard daytime hours with weekends free * Modern workshop with cutting-edge woodworking machinery * Clear career progression as the business grows * Friendly, positive team culture that supports your development What You’ll Be Doing: * Setting up and operating panel saws, edge banders, CNC machines * Reading and working from technical drawings and cutting lists * Ensuring all components meet high-quality standards * Collaborating with your team to maintain excellent workflow * Building unit carcases * Receiving deliveries from suppliers * Wrapping finished products for dispatch What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience in woodworking, carpentry or furniture manufacturing * Confidence with standard workshop machinery * Ability to interpret technical drawings and instructions * A positive, team-focused attitude with strong attention to detail
