BIM Manager

Are you an experienced BIM Coordinator looking for a step up? Or a BIM Manager looking for a new challenge with a larger company? We're looking for an experienced BIM Professional from an Architectural and/or multi-disciplinary walk of life, to take on the function within a department of a large multi-disciplinary. We're offering: Generous salary - anywhere up to and beyond £65,000 depending on experience, though we're only after 3-5 years' experience in a solely BIM focussed role Flexible working - yes we'd love you to be in the office 5 days a week, but there is hybrid and flexitime on offer Secure work - highly advanced, technical and regulated projects across the country that requires high levels of expertise. They'll help support your career development and learning of new skills BIM Manager This role will take ownership of information management and BIM practice, supporting both design and installation delivery teams. This is a strategic and practical role — equally focused on governance, people, and process as it is on systems and standards. Ensure consistency, governance, and proportionate application of BIM throughout our systems and project portfolio Mature its BIM and information management practices Adapt to ongoing changes within the ISO 19650 suite Prepare the organisation for future accreditation roadmap
