The school supports pupils with a range of additional and complex needs, providing a nurturing and structured environment where staff work collaboratively to support both academic progress and personal development. As an SEN Teacher, you will plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs. You will work closely with teaching assistants and the wider SEN team to promote engagement, positive behaviour and independence while supporting pupils' social and emotional development. To be successful, you should have experience working with children or young people with SEN, ideally within a specialist or inclusive setting. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is desirable, alongside strong classroom management, adaptability and a genuine commitment to improving outcomes for pupils with additional needs.
