Site Manager Location: Manchester / West Yorkshire / Huddersfield Start: Within the next 3-4 weeks Salary: £40,000-£55,000 DOE Hours: 8 hours per day Position: Permanent or Temp to Perm We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join an established commercial and industrial construction contractor with a strong track record across commercial, industrial and residential projects. The company is predominantly West Yorkshire based, with the majority of its work across the region. An upcoming industrial warehouse refurbishment project in Manchester, just off the M62, will be the successful candidate's main project for the first 4 months. The ideal candidate will be based in Manchester, West Yorkshire or Huddersfield and have previous experience managing commercial or industrial construction projects. The Role Managing the day-to-day running of site Coordinating subcontractors and site teams Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the required standard Maintaining high standards of health & safety and site compliance Liaising with the wider project management team, contractors and clients Overseeing site progress and ensuring works remain on programme Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager Valid SMSTS Valid CSCS First Aid qualification Asbestos Awareness Strong commercial/industrial construction experience Excellent communication and organisational skills Package £40,000-£55,000 salary, depending on experience 20-25+ days holiday plus bank holidays Company van provided Permanent or Temp to Perm opportunity Long-term opportunity with an established contractor If you're an experienced Site Manager looking for a long-term opportunity with a well-established contractor, apply today for more information
