Legal Secretary - Private Wealth & Succession An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Secretary to join a friendly and supportive Private Wealth & Succession team. The team advises individuals, families, trustees, business owners and executors across a varied range of matters, including wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, trusts and estate administration. The work is interesting and varied, with a strong focus on providing clients with a professional, practical and reassuring service. The Role You will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to a team of lawyers, helping to manage a busy caseload. Key responsibilities will include: Preparing and managing legal documents and correspondence Supporting monthly billing and credit management processes Producing financial information when required Maintaining accurate records using case management systems Providing day-to-day support to lawyers and clients Managing a busy workload while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail About You Previous legal secretarial experience is essential Strong document management and administration skills Experience using legal case management systems; P4W experience would be advantageous Private Client experience is desirable, although experience within Family or a similar area of law will also be considered Highly organised, proactive and able to prioritise effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional, empathetic and confident when dealing with clients Able to work accurately in a busy environment This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary to join a well-established team and develop their career within an interesting area of law.
