Field Supervisor / Trainer - Domiciliary Care Location: Barnet Salary: £28,000 - £34,000 DOE Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm Are you the type of person who spots a missing MAR chart from 50 paces, loves supporting care staff to be their best, and genuinely believes great care is non-negotiable? Then keep reading... We're recruiting on behalf of our client for a Field Care Supervisor / Trainer to join their established domiciliary care team in Barnet. You'll be joining a close-knit team of experienced colleagues, helping to maintain high standards of care while coaching and developing care professionals to deliver outstanding support to clients in their own homes. This isn't a role for someone who likes sitting behind a desk all day. It's for someone who enjoys being out in the field, leading by example, solving problems, and ensuring carers have the confidence and skills to make a real difference.
