What you’ll be doing: * 📞 Speaking with candidates and clients * 📋 Registering and interviewing job seekers * 🔎 Matching candidates to suitable vacancies * 📢 Advertising jobs across recruitment platforms and social media * 📅 Arranging interviews and supporting the recruitment process * 💻 Updating candidate and client records * 🤝 Building strong relationships with candidates and clients * 🏢 Supporting the wider recruitment team with day-to-day activities. What we’re looking for: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * A friendly, confident and professional manner * Good organisational skills * A positive, enthusiastic attitude * Willingness to learn and develop * Ability to work as part of a team * Basic computer skills.
