Service Coordinator 📍 Edinburgh 💷 Up to £28,000 DOE ⏰ Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 4:30pm 📄 Full-Time | Permanent We’re recruiting for an experienced Service Coordinator to join an established Facilities Management and Building Services business in Edinburgh. This is a busy, varied role supporting the delivery of maintenance services across Housing Association contracts, coordinating engineers and ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and within agreed timescales. The Role 📞 Handling incoming maintenance and repair requests 👷 Scheduling and coordinating engineers across multiple sites 🔧 Raising and allocating reactive and planned maintenance jobs 📅 Managing engineer diaries and workloads 🏠 Supporting Housing Association maintenance contracts 💻 Updating CAFM/internal systems with job information and progress 📞 Liaising with tenants, clients, engineers and subcontractors ⏱️ Monitoring jobs against SLAs and chasing outstanding works 📝 Ensuring job records and documentation are accurate and up to date 🤝 Providing excellent customer service throughout the maintenance process What We’re Looking For ✅ Previous Service Coordinator / Helpdesk / Planner experience ✅ FM, Building Services, Housing or Maintenance experience preferred ✅ Confident coordinating engineers and managing busy workloads ✅ Strong administration and organisational skills ✅ Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills ✅ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment ✅ Good IT and system skills What’s on Offer? 💷 Salary up to £28,000 DOE ⏰ Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 4:30pm 📍 Edinburgh based 📄 Permanent, full-time position 🏠 Established Housing Association contracts 📈 Opportunity to join an established Facilities Management business Interested or know someone who could be a good fit?
