Warehouse / Manufacturing Operative

Location; Barton under Needwood We are working with a small, established manufacturer producing natural fibre products for the landscaping and erosion control sector. The depot operates a close-knit, hands-on environment with a strong focus on production quality and reliable turnaround for storage and distribution. This is a great opportunity for a Warehouse / Manufacturing Operative looking for straightforward, physical work as part of a small, supportive team, with an immediate start available on a temporary contract. You'll be manufacturing and sorting products made from natural coir fibre, including coir mats (approximately 12kg per unit) and Silt Wattles, making them up to size ready for storage and palletisation. Working alongside two existing team members, you'll also provide general depot support, with full training and PPE provided from day one. This role would suit someone who is physically capable, safety and quality-conscious, and happy with repetitive, labour-intensive work over a sustained period. Whether your background is in warehouse, production or general labouring work, this is a great short-term opportunity to join a friendly team — no forklift licence required.
