Multi Trade Plasterer - Guildford & Surrounding Areas An exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced Multi Trade Plasterers to work with a leading Social Housing Contractor on a temporary basis, covering Guildford and the surrounding areas. This is a 3-month ongoing contract offering a competitive day rate of £180-£190 per day, depending on experience. Successful operatives will be required to work within occupied social housing properties, carrying out reactive plastering repairs and maintenance alongside associated multi-trade works. Location Guildford and surrounding areas Contract Details Temporary contract 3 months ongoing £180-£190 per day Working Hours 08:00am - 17:00pm Up to 7 jobs per day Duties Include Carrying out reactive plastering repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties Completing a variety of plastering works including skimming, patch plastering, rendering repairs and making good after maintenance works Undertaking associated multi-trade repairs such as basic carpentry, tiling, painting and decorating where required Diagnosing defects and carrying out effective first-time fixes where possible Providing a professional and customer-focused service to residents Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard Accurately updating job information using handheld technology Working independently and managing a busy workload You Will Be Supplied With Company van Fuel card (if applicable) Handheld device for workload management Requirements Proven experience as a Multi Trade Plasterer within social housing, repairs or maintenance Relevant plastering qualifications (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent preferred) Experience working within occupied properties Ability to carry out a range of associated multi-trade repairs Full UK driving licence Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently Own tools preferred (where required)
