Senior Service Advisor Salary: £28,000 – £38,000 DOE + Bonus OTE: £40,000+ Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm Weekends: None! Are you an experienced Service Advisor looking for your next step? We’re looking for a confident and customer-focused Senior Service Advisor to join a busy automotive team. This is a great opportunity for someone who knows their way around a service department and wants to take their career to the next level. What’s on offer? * £28,000 – £38,000 basic salary, depending on experience * Bonus based on turnover * OTE of £40,000+ * Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm * No weekends * Opportunity to progress within a busy service environment The role As a Senior Service Advisor, you’ll be responsible for providing a first-class customer experience while keeping the service department running smoothly. You’ll be dealing with customers from booking through to vehicle collection, keeping them updated throughout the process and working closely with the workshop team to ensure everything runs efficiently. About you * Previous automotive Service Advisor experience is essential * Senior Service Advisor or experienced Service Advisor background * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Confident dealing with customers and managing expectations * Strong organisation and attention to detail * Comfortable working in a busy service environment * Full UK driving licence If you’re an experienced Service Advisor ready for a role with great earning potential and, importantly, no weekends, we’d love to hear from you!
