Service Manager

Service Manager £40,000 DOE + Bonus Are you an experienced Service Manager looking for your next move? This is a great opportunity to take charge of a busy service department, lead a team and have a real impact on the performance of the business. The Role You’ll be managing a service team of around 3–9 people, depending on the site, making sure the department runs efficiently and delivers a great customer experience. You’ll be responsible for: * Managing and motivating the service team * Keeping workshop productivity and performance on track * Managing workflow and technician efficiency * Overseeing customer satisfaction * Monitoring departmental turnover and performance * Supporting and developing your team * Dealing with issues quickly and professionally * Making sure standards are consistently maintained What We're Looking For * Previous Service Manager or Workshop Manager experience * Confident managing and motivating a team * Strong understanding of workshop operations * Commercially minded with a focus on targets and performance * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Full UK driving licence * A hands-on management style and the ability to get the best from your team What’s On Offer £40,000 basic – DOE Bonus based on departmental turnover £50,000+ OTE 22 days holiday + bank holidays Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 No weekends A great opportunity for an experienced Service Manager looking for good earning potential, Monday–Friday hours and genuine responsibility.
