Site Manager - Construction Location: Gloucestershire / Worcestershire Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + package Job Type: Permanent Sector: Construction /High-end Residential Development The Opportunity We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join an established construction and property development business delivering high-quality residential projects across the Gloucestershire and Worcestershire area. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive Site Manager who takes pride in delivering projects safely, on programme and to a high standard. You will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of projects on site, coordinating subcontractors, trades and suppliers while ensuring quality, health & safety and programme requirements are consistently met. The Role As Site Manager, you will be responsible for: Managing the day-to-day operations of construction sites Coordinating subcontractors, trades and suppliers Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the required quality standards Managing site programmes and monitoring progress against key milestones Conducting regular site inspections and ensuring high standards of workmanship Maintaining strong health & safety standards and ensuring compliance with site procedures Managing site logistics, deliveries and materials Liaising with clients, consultants, subcontractors and the wider project team Identifying and resolving issues on site Attending site meetings and providing regular progress updates Managing snagging and assisting with the successful handover of projects Maintaining accurate site records and relevant project documentation About You The successful candidate will ideally have: Previous experience working as aSite Manager within construction Experience delivering residential or high-quality building projects Strong knowledge of construction processes and site management Excellent organisational and communication skills The ability to manage subcontractors and site teams effectively A strong understanding of health & safety requirements A proactive approach to problem solving Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality CSCS qualification SMSTS First Aid What's on Offer?
