Account Coordinator (Part-Time) - Gi Group - Galway Contract: Fixed Term (6 months) – strong likelihood of extension (business dependent) Working pattern: Part-time, 3 days per week Location: Galway (branch-based) Salary: €19,200 – €21,000 (DOE) Gi Group are delighted to be recruiting an Account Coordinator for our Galway branch. This role is ideal for someone seeking a part-time opportunity who enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering a high standard of service. You’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, managing administration, and ensuring excellent client and candidate support within a recruitment and workforce management setting. What you’ll be doing Supporting Account Managers with daily administrative and operational tasks Assisting with financial processes including data entry, payroll, invoicing and reporting Maintaining accurate records and documentation across systems and databases Responding to client and candidate queries in a timely, professional manner Monitoring account activity and flagging issues/discrepancies as needed Contributing to continuous improvement of processes and workflows What we’re looking for Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt quickly Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel in particular) Strong organisational and time-management skills Strong financial acumen and confidence working with numbers A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn
