Chef

GBRS are currently looking for a skilled and passionate chef to join our clients team in WSM team. the main duties will include preparing meals, maintaining food quality standards, managing stock levels, managing the kitchen operations and ensuring a quality dining experience. The chef will work closely with the manager and front of house team so as to deliver a consistent level of quality service. Previous experience in a similar role is essential, with a strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations, along with a strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations. Ability to work, evenings and weekends along with public holidays. This is based on a 40 hour week.
