Class 2

Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Class 2 Driver to work on behalf of a family-owned construction materials distribution company based in Amesbury. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity, with a 12-week temporary period followed by a permanent contract, subject to performance. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering concrete to both commercial and residential customers at various sites as required each day. More about the role: - £13.97 per hour  - CPC renewal fully paid - Monday – Friday  - Flexible start and finish times (start times from 6am) - You will be assigned the same vehicle every shift Duties of a Van Driver: - Delivering a variety of cement-based products to both commercial and private customers - Building good relationships with customers upon delivery - Ensuring safety and maintenance of vehicle.  -Full training provided  Requirements for this Van Driver Role: - Full UK relevant driving licence (No more than 6 points) - Full CPC and Tacho Card - Newly qualified drivers  To find out more about this role, contact Charlotte in the Pertemps Basingstoke office or alternatively apply online
