Site Manager

Delta Personnel are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager for an ongoing project at a wastewater treatment works in Redmarshall, Stockton on Tees. The project involves the installation of new above ground tanks and associated civils works. You will be working on behalf of the Principal Contractor, managing subcontractors and overseeing the day to day delivery of the works. Hours: 10 hours per day as standard, with additional hours and weekend work available and paid accordingly. Start: ASAP Duration: No end date. Part of the AMP8 upgrade works (5 year programme) Payment: CIS Duties will include: * Managing the site and subcontractors on behalf of the Principal Contractor * Overseeing civils packages associated with the installation of above ground tanks * Managing temporary works * Overseeing excavations, concrete bases and plinths, drainage, ducting and associated pipework * Coordinating works around the tank installation * Managing site health and safety * RAMS, permits and site documentation * Monitoring programme and progress * Liaising with the client, subcontractors and other site teams Requirements: * SMSTS * CSCS * First Aid (Client can facilitate) * Temporary Works * Previous Site Management experience within water, wastewater or civils would be ideal Interested or want to find out more?
