Procurement Manager - French speaking

A luxury international hospitality group is seeking a Procurement Manager to support its European operations, working closely with the Procurement Director (Paris) and local teams. The Procument Manager will lead end-to-end purchasing for hotels and serviced residences, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, supplier performance, and continuity of supply. ROLE of the Procument Manager: • Drive purchasing strategy, cost savings & commercial performance • Manage tenders (RFQs/RFPs), supplier selection & contract negotiations • Oversee supplier performance, KPIs & risk management • Ensure compliance, sustainability & procurement best practices • Partner with stakeholders to forecast demand & support operations Full job description will be sent to the selected candidates. PROFILE: • Fluent in French & English • 8–10 years’ procurement experience (end-to-end sourcing) • Strong negotiation & supplier management skills • Hospitality experience a plus • CIPS or similar qualification preferred SALARY & BENEFITS: • c.£65K (DOE) • Hybrid (2 days WFH) • Travel allowance + Perkbox + EAP • Staff rates across European properties + team events
