Key Responsibilities * Deliver a range of luxury spa treatments to an exceptional standard. * Provide warm, attentive and personalised service to every guest. * Conduct consultations and recommend appropriate treatments and products. * Maintain impeccable treatment-room standards and adhere to health, safety and hygiene procedures. * Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the spa and contribute to a premium guest experience. Candidate Profile * Recognised qualification in Beauty Therapy, Massage or a related discipline. * Previous experience within a luxury hotel, five-star spa or premium wellness environment preferred. * Excellent massage and treatment skills, with a genuine passion for wellbeing. * Impeccable grooming, communication and customer-service skills. * Professional, discreet and confident, with a strong attention to detail. * Flexible and team-oriented, with the ability to work in a high-end, fast-paced environment.
