Title: Manual Turner  Location: Rugby Salary: £40,500 - £44,850 Per Annum Shift: Weekends (Friday - Sunday, 34.5 Hours) Benefits: 3 shifts a week, Flexible Hours, Shift Allowance, Overtime Availability, Company pension, Opportunities for development, 168 Hours Holiday A great opportunity to join a team on nights working within multiple sectors as a manual turner. You’ll play a key role in working on one-off and small batch projects, this is a hands on position which will involve using a range of manual machines. Manual Turner Responsibilities: Operate manual centre lathes, including Heavy duty machines Machining one-off or small batch projects Breakdown, repair and modification work Work from technical drawings and specifications to determine machining operations Working on internal and external threads Manual Turner Experience: Five years’ experience in a Manual turning or machining position Previous experience working on Colchester lathes Ability to interpret technical drawings with excellent attention to detail Quality measuring devices micrometres, verniers, etc. For more information on the Manual Turner position contact Ewan Smyth at Stirling Warrington INDOTH
