Are you a Designated Project Engineer with direct client-side experience working within rail?   Have you got a strong background working on telecoms based projects?   Location: London (Hybrid) Contract: 12 months Rate: £300 - £368.38 PAYE or £450 - £500 Umbrella   If you are an experienced DPE / Telecoms Engineer with a strong Network Rail background, this is an opportunity to support Network Rail High Speed projects and take a key role in engineering assurance across design, construction, testing and commissioning.   You will ensure telecoms engineering activities meet Network Rail High Speed standards, Railway Group requirements, legislation and CDM regulations. You will also lead technical approvals and consents, review design and construction activity, assess engineering competence and provide technical guidance to project teams.   Essential Experience:   ·Strong railway telecoms background. ·Previous Network Rail experience. ·Experience carrying out DPE or equivalent engineering assurance responsibilities. ·Experience reviewing telecoms design and construction activities. ·Experience across design, construction, testing and commissioning. ·Knowledge of CDM Regulations and relevant engineering legislation. ·Experience supporting or undertaking contractor safety and quality audits.   Desired Experience:   ·Familiarity with the early stages of Network Rail PACE. ·Experience working in a high-speed rail environment. ·Experience monitoring and developing Project Engineer competence
