We're looking for an experienced 360 recruiter to run their own desk in one of the fastest growing markets in the world, with full autonomy over how you build and grow it. Whether your background is in permanent placements, contract recruitment, or both, we want to hear from you. What You'll Be Doing Building and managing a pipeline of candidates for current and future roles Guiding candidates through the process end to end, from interview prep to offer Managing interview scheduling and delivering honest, timely feedback Developing long term relationships with clients and candidates, backed by real market insight Winning new business through outreach, networking and research Why Reperio?
