Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire Salary: £36,000 - £42,000 (depending on experience) Contract: Permanent | Full-time A well-established UKAS-accredited asbestos consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to support a busy and growing workload across Leeds and the wider Yorkshire region. Salary & Benefits £36,000 - £42,000 salary (DOE) Company vehicle or car allowance 22-25 days annual leave + bank holidays Company pension scheme Ongoing training and professional development Overtime opportunities available Structured and manageable workload Long-term career progression The Role Carrying out Management, Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D) asbestos surveys in accordance with HSG264 Undertaking air monitoring, leak testing, reassurance testing, and 4-stage clearances in accordance with HSG248 Conducting bulk sampling and ensuring correct procedures are followed Producing accurate and compliant asbestos survey and analytical reports Working across commercial, industrial, education, healthcare, and public sector sites Managing workload independently across Leeds and the wider Yorkshire region Liaising professionally with clients, contractors, and site personnel Ensuring all work complies with current legislation, HSE guidance, and company procedures About You BOHS P402, P403 & P404 (essential) Previous experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst Confident undertaking surveying and analytical duties independently Strong understanding of HSG264, HSG248, and current asbestos legislation Full UK driving licence Strong communication and report-writing skills Professional, organised, and reliable Why This Role Competitive salary for a dual-qualified professional Genuine mix of surveying and analytical work Varied projects across multiple sectors Strong operational and technical support Overtime and additional earning opportunities Long-term stability and career progression For further information or to apply, contact Aidan Morgan or send your CV to for immediate consideration
