Senior Administrator Hybrid Working - 2 days in the office, 3 days at home Immediate Start - 1 Month Temporary Assignment (Potential for Extension) £13.71 - £14.00 per hour Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm or 9:00am - 5:00pm We are currently recruiting for a senior Administrator to join a busy and supportive team on an immediate start basis. This role is initially offered on a 1-month temporary contract, with the possibility of being extended depending on business needs. Working within a team responsible for processing business applications, you will play a key role in helping organisations become approved suppliers, enabling them to provide their employees with access to recognised training and qualification programmes. Key Responsibilities: Processing and reviewing business applications accurately and efficiently Verifying documentation and ensuring information provided meets required standards Supporting organisations throughout the supplier approval process Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records Assisting with application tracking and progress updates Conducting administrative compliance checks and validating supporting documentation Supporting the wider team with general administration duties and ad-hoc tasks Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriatelyIf you are an experienced Administrator available immediately and looking for your next temporary opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
