Fabric Technician

Fabric Technician Location: Paddington, London Salary: £39,000 per annum + Overtime Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm   Are you a Fabric Technician looking for a new opportunity within a prestigious corporate environment?   We are currently recruiting for a Fabric Technician to join a leading FM service provider, working within a state-of-the-art corporate office building in Paddington.   This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within facilities management, with excellent opportunities for further training, development and progression.   The Role You will work as part of an established on-site maintenance team, carrying out a range of fabric maintenance and general building services duties to ensure the facility is maintained to a high standard.   Key Responsibilities: Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) Responding to reactive maintenance requests General fabric and handyman duties across the building Minor repairs and general building maintenance Identifying and reporting any defects or issues Supporting the wider maintenance team where required Ensuring all works are completed safely and to a high standard   The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience in a Fabric Technician, Handyman or similar role Good knowledge of general building/fabric maintenance Experience within a commercial or facilities management environment A proactive approach to maintenance and problem solving Good communication and customer service skills   What's On Offer? £39,000 per annum Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm State-of-the-art corporate office building Overtime opportunities Excellent training and development opportunities Clear routes for career progression Working for a leading FM provider Working as part of an established maintenance team   If you're an experienced Fabric Technician looking for a stable role with a leading FM provider and genuine opportunities to progress, this could be an excellent opportunity for you
