ELECTRICAL PROJECT ENGINEER

Southampton £45,000-£60,000 | Permanent We're looking for an experienced Electrical Project Engineer to support the delivery of electrical works across major water and infrastructure projects. You'll provide hands-on engineering support from installation through to testing and commissioning, coordinating subcontractors and resolving technical issues to keep projects moving safely and efficiently. What you'll be doing Coordinating electrical subcontractors, suppliers and specialist vendors Supervising electrical installations on site Supporting construction, testing and commissioning activities Witnessing FAT, SAT and commissioning Resolving technical queries, design issues and non-conformances Monitoring progress and maintaining accurate handover documentation Liaising with clients, designers and multidisciplinary project teamsWhat we're looking for Degree, HNC or equivalent in Electrical Engineering Electrical project delivery experience within water, utilities, infrastructure or industrial environments Strong knowledge of LV electrical systems Experience with instrumentation and control systems Good testing and commissioning knowledge Full UK driving licence Full right to work in the UK without sponsorship restrictionsThe opportunity £45,000-£60,000, offering the chance to take a key site-based engineering role across electrical installation and commissioning within the water sector.
