Supervisor

My client are a national civil engineering contractor who are currently seeking a Site Supervisor to help deliver a water treatment scheme in Luton. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Supervisor with a strong water and civils background to join an established project team. Site Supervisor Responsibilities: * Toolbox talks * Supervising site operatives and subcontractors * Managing day-to-day site activities * Allocating labour, plant and materials * Client liaison * Health and safety compliance * Ensuring works are carried out in line with RAMS * Monitoring progress and reporting to the Site Manager * Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification * Maintaining quality standards and site records * Supporting the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the site Site Supervisor Requirements: * SSSTS * CSCS * Previous experience working on water treatment or water infrastructure sites is essential * Strong civil engineering background * Experience supervising site teams and subcontractors * Good understanding of RAMS, health and safety and quality requirements * IT literate * Full UK driving licence The next steps to apply for the role!
