Production Team Leader (Nights) Dudley | £35,000 - £40,000 DOE + Bonus + Benefits | 22:00 - 06:00, Sunday to Thursday A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Production Team Leader to join a well-established and highly respected glass manufacturing company on a permanent night shift. You will be responsible for leading and developing a production team, ensuring targets for productivity, quality, and safety are achieved while driving continuous improvement across the operation. Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and develop a production team Drive performance against productivity, quality, and waste KPIs Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and company procedures Work closely with maintenance and management teams to support operational performance Manage team performance, training, and HR-related processes Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives Requirements: Previous team leadership experience within a manufacturing environment Strong understanding of production operations and performance management Experience driving continuous improvement activities Excellent communication and people management skills Strong focus on health & safety and quality standards IOSH or similar qualification desirable Package: £35,000 - £40,000 DOE Performance bonus Pension scheme Life assurance Healthcare benefits Ongoing training and development Apply with your latest CV today for immediate consideration
