Print Assistant  Location: Wolverhampton Job Type: Temporary to Permanent Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00am – 5:00pm Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour Print AssistantPertemps are currently recruiting for a Print Assistant to join a busy manufacturing environment in Wolverhampton. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for someone who is reliable, hardworking and keen to develop their skills within a production setting. The successful candidate will provide general support to the print and production team, helping to ensure materials are prepared, equipment is supplied and the production area is maintained to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Loading and unloading materials to support the production process. Preparing and supplying materials as required. Checking materials are correctly labelled and stored. Recording material usage in line with company procedures. Maintaining appropriate material levels throughout production. Handling waste materials in accordance with company procedures. Keeping the production area clean, tidy and safe. Supporting cleaning and basic maintenance of production equipment. Ensuring work areas and equipment are maintained to the required standard. Supporting production set-up and preparation activities. Ensuring raw materials are stored correctly. Completing relevant paperwork and production records. Following all company Health & Safety procedures. Supporting the wider production team with general duties as required. The Ideal CandidateThe successful candidate will have: Good communication skills. Good organisational and administration skills. Excellent attention to detail. A strong team-working attitude. The ability to use their own initiative. A reliable and hardworking approach. The ability to work safely in a busy production environment. Previous print or manufacturing experience would be advantageous but is not essential. Full training will be provided.
