An exciting opportunity has arisen with a well-established and growing manufacturing company for a Machine Setter / Supervisor to join their permanent night shift team. This role is ideal for an experienced Injection Moulding Setter ready to progress into supervision, or an established Supervisor who enjoys a hands-on technical role. The Role You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth, safe and efficient running of the night shift, leading a team of 6 operators while remaining closely involved with machine setting, troubleshooting and continuous improvement. Working Monday-Thursday Night Shift 17.45-04.00 Key responsibilities: Setting and operating injection moulding machines. Mould tool changes and troubleshooting. Optimising production and cycle times. Leading and supporting the night shift team. Maintaining quality, Health & Safety and housekeeping standards. Supporting continuous improvement and automation projects.What You'll Need Injection moulding Setter/Technician experience. Strong troubleshooting and mould tool change skills. Good manufacturing and quality knowledge. Confident working independently on nights. A proactive, hands-on approach.
